Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At RP Merch, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • The item must also be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items (such as special orders with specific designs or names)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Intimate clothing (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number and email confirmation).

Return Process:

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Before shipping back your item, please contact us at support@getrpmerch.com to initiate the return process. We will provide the return address and necessary instructions.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted. This may occur when:

  • The item shows obvious signs of wear or use.
  • The item is returned not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The item is returned after the 30-day return window.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund after approval, please check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@getrpmerch.com.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@getrpmerch.com and send your item to the return address provided via email.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
